Leeside Manor is a boutique, senior co-living community and day program set on five peaceful acres in Arlington, Washington. We support adults 55+ experiencing physical or cognitive changes, offering a safe, home-like environment where independence and connection can flourish.
Our days are thoughtfully designed around activities like tea gatherings, gardening, music, and hands-on projects that honor each individual. Through our signature Silver Eagle Project, participants can even help build a real aircraft, an experience inspired by the Pacific Northwest’s rich aviation heritage.
