Our story
When Mark retired in 2015, he opened his five-bay detached workshop to a group of elderly men from Leeside Manor, creating a space where they could build, create, and enjoy the camaraderie of a true “man-cave.”
He quickly noticed a unique dynamic—while women often connect through face-to-face conversations, men tend to bond shoulder-to-shoulder, working on meaningful projects. One of their first projects was assembling a silver light aircraft, the RV-12, which inspired the name:
Silver Eagle Project.
